I'm really surprised to see all the negative reviews. I've been with Host Monster since June of 2007 and haven't had any problems like the ones listed. I have a business and a personal site hosted with them. Down time is non-existent and I use FTP for everything. I use MySQL and PHP as well as html. I think that some of the reviews are written by people using an unfair amount of BW and space and when they are shut down they complain. This is a great host. I like that I can pay once a year vs. monthly. It's auto-renewable which means one less thing I have to worry about. I've had to call them twice when I first started hosting with them. The phone was answered within three rings and they were helpful and polite. I will continue to recommend Host Monster to my friends looking for a hosting solution. I've been happy with them for 18 months.

Every other week our clients would not be able to send emails from outlook. They kept getting error 550 Admin Prohabition, typically because of a server being associated with a blacklisting. I spent an entire day with tech's that just didn't know what they were doing.
